Qualifications
- 10+ years of engineering leadership experience, owning physical infrastructure.
- Hands-on production ownership of bare-metal Kubernetes or OpenShift.
- Fluency with high-speed cluster fabrics like RoCE v2 or InfiniBand.
Responsibilities
- Define long-range vision and strategy for AI infrastructure.
- Build a high-performing 24/7 operations model.
- Own vendor relationships and budget for the engineering organization.
