Job summary

SoFi is seeking a Director of Operations Learning & Development to build a modern, scalable learning ecosystem for Operations. You will own end-to-end strategy—from onboarding to product launch readiness—with AI-enabled content to drive faster resolution, higher CSAT, and improved NPS.

You will mentor senior managers, manage the Learning Library across stages, and collaborate with enterprise L&D partners to ensure organizational alignment and a culture of continuous learning and accessibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years leading operations or L&D teams in financial services.
• 10+ years in L&D or talent development with training design focus.
• Experience in banking/fintech environments and AI-enabled learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete L&D program strategy for Operations.
• Mentor Senior Managers to foster collaboration and excellence.
• Oversee the Operational Learning Library across hiring to production.
• Integrate AI tools to enhance knowledge databases and onboarding.
• Drive continuous learning culture for managers and contributors.
• Optimize content to improve learner retention and accessibility.
• Manage scheduling, records, and evaluations of training programs.
• Report program impact and investments to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with enterprise L&D to align Operations priorities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Master’s degree preferred
