Job summary

You will own the platform that ingests, processes, stores, and serves telemetry across F5's businesses, guiding expansion to more data centers and cloud providers with strong data governance and security. You will manage teams across engineering, product, and security to deliver scalable, reliable data services, ensure compliance, and drive cost-effective growth

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in managing engineers and managers in large-scale data platforms.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale data pipelines with reliability and SLOs.
• Ability to align technical strategy with business goals and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop engineering managers: set goals, coach for growth, evaluate performance.
• Drive exceptional delivery: allocate capacity, surface risk, and resolve dependencies across teams.
• Partner with Product, Finance, SRE, Security, and leadership to turn measurement needs into platform strategy.
• Champion pragmatic AI use: deploy safe AI/ML practices and cascade across teams.
• Measure everything and hold teams to commitments with clear accountability.
