Job summary

Expect collaboration with physicians, executives, and site leadership. The position requires an MBA or related healthcare Master’s, APP licensure if clinically active, and 10–12 years in healthcare with 2+ years in management.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree in a field relevant to healthcare.
• APP licensure is required.
• Florida licensure as NP/PA is required if practicing clinically.
• Travel willingness of 30–40% is expected.
• At least 10–12 years of healthcare experience and 2+ years of managerial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the overall APP Services strategy.
• Lead recruitment and create revenue-generating APP programs.
• Build infrastructure and processes to support APPs and patients.
• Provide leadership and manage performance; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee clinical activities up to 20% and support telemedicine when needed.
• Drive education, policy development, and cross-functional collaboration.
