Mercy Hospital Springfield seeks a fellowship-trained Head & Neck Microvascular Surgeon to join a seasoned team and lead complex oncologic cases with microvascular reconstruction. You will work within a high-volume subspecialty practice at an 886-bed tertiary center serving a four-state region.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Neurotology, Facial Plastics, General ENT, and Oncology colleagues, with opportunities in GME and research.

Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained in head & neck microvascular reconstruction.
• Experience in complex head & neck oncologic surgeries.
• Robotic surgery familiarity is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform head and neck oncologic surgeries with microvascular reconstruction.
• Lead a high-volume subspecialty practice with strong mentorship.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and GME activities.
