Job summary

City of Hope seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to deliver comprehensive inpatient and outpatient oncology and head/neck/ENT care. You will perform assessments, rounds, and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.

Must hold appropriate Georgia licenses/certifications, with BLS/ACLS and oncology credentials preferred. Strong documentation and teamwork are essential to support high‑quality cancer care.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA certification with active Georgia license.
• Board certification in oncology or related field preferred.
• Active BLS and ACLS required; ONS/AOCNP preferred.
• PA track requires NCCPA eligibility and Georgia PA license.
• Strong EMR documentation and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient oncology and surgical care.
• Perform assessments, histories, exams and daily rounds as part of care team.
• Develop and implement treatment plans, order meds and labs.
• Document thoroughly and maintain compliance with policies.
• Coordinate care across services and communicate with patients and families.
• Educate patients, obtain informed consent, and support perioperative care.
• Ensure licensure, CME, and certifications are up to date.
