Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or GED equivalent.
• American Red Cross Lifeguard Training certification.
• American Red Cross First Aid & CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification.
• Preferred certification: American Red Cross Head Lifeguard Module.
• Valid PA Criminal, PA Child Abuse, and FBI Criminal History Background Checks required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and schedule entry-level lifeguards.
• Enforce facility policies, rules, and regulations.
• Inspect the facility daily and report unsafe conditions.
• Attend and participate in all in-service training.
