Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in aquatic operations
• Lifeguard License, American Red Cross CPR/First Aid Teaching Certificate, Water Safety Instructor (WSI) preferred
• Ability to supervise staff, coordinate tasks, and follow procedures to ensure safety and policy compliance

Responsibilities

• Provide on-deck supervision and ensure appropriate lifeguard coverage
• Maintain water quality and facility safety standards
• Administer revenue handling, deposits, and daily cash reports
• Open/close facility and communicate with the public
