Job summary

Joslin’s Jewelry in Overland Park, KS is seeking an experienced lead jeweler to head a bench team. You will perform custom work, repairs, and fine finishing, while mentoring other jewelers and ensuring efficient workflow and quality control.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience is required.
• Strong skills in soldering, stone setting, resizing, casting and other fine jewelry repair techniques.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team.

For nearly 50 years, Joslin’s Jewelry has proudly served Overland Park and the surrounding Kansas City community as a family-owned and operated jeweler.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as our lead jeweler, performing custom work, repairs, and fine finishing
• Lead, manage, and mentor our bench jewelers
• Oversee daily workflow, quality control, and turnaround times
• Maintain an organized and efficient shop, including tools, equipment, and supplies
• Collaborate closely with our family team to provide an exceptional customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong skills in soldering, stone setting, resizing, casting, and other fine jewelry repair and fabrication techniques
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• The ability to train, motivate, and lead a team

Schedule

Tuesday–Saturday | 8:30 AM–6:00 PM
