Candidates must have boutique fitness coaching experience and a nationally accredited fitness certification, with strong communication skills being essential. The position offers a competitive salary of $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year, along with various perks including health insurance and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Boutique fitness coaching experience is required.
• Strong understanding of functional training and HIIT programming.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy F45 workouts while maintaining coaching standards.
