Qualifications

• Minimum five years as Golf Course Superintendent at a private club.
• Strong agronomic knowledge with warm-season turfgrass in Florida.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality playing conditions consistently.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience developing and managing annual operating budgets.
• Experience with long-term capital and agronomic planning.
• Solid understanding of irrigation, drainage, water management, fertility, pest control.
• Florida pesticide applicator license or ability to obtain one.
• Degree or certificate in turfgrass management, agronomy, or horticulture preferred.
• GCSAA membership preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of golf course maintenance operations.
• Lead agronomic planning and turfgrass management.
• Manage irrigation systems and water management.
• Develop budgets and manage equipment and assets.
• Collaborate with Club leadership to advance course conditioning.
