Job summary

Dundee-Crown is seeking a highly motivated Head Girls Soccer Coach for the 2026-2027 school year with a strong knowledge of Soccer and a focus on student-athletic achievement. The role includes developing practice and game plans, instructing and motivating players, and studying game film with detailed records of progress and results.

Qualifications

• High school coaching experience is required and the candidate must oversee all levels within the program.
• Able to work with parents and the Booster Club.
• Strong knowledge of soccer with a focus on student-athletic achievement.
• Organized and flexible, able to take direction from the head coach and/or athletic director.

Responsibilities

• Develop practice and games plans with coaching staff.
• Monitor, teach, and motivate players; study and break down game film.
• Keep detailed records of practice, progress, and results.
• Communicate with assistant coaches and Athletic Director to secure facilities and scheduling.
• Assist in fundraising, equipment distribution, and season logistics.
• Attend all practices and games; supervise and transport as needed.
• Plan for seasonal recognition and supervise uniform/equipment distribution.
