Roncalli High School on the southside of Indianapolis is seeking a Head Girls Lacrosse Coach to lead varsity programs and report to the Athletic Director. The role oversees the coaching staff, develops practice plans, and prepares teams for competitions.

The coach is expected to model sportsmanship, communicate with administration, players, and parents, monitor academic progress, and ensure program alignment with school mission and Catholic values.

  • Oversees and mentors coaching staff for player and team development.
  • Develops and implements effective practice plans.
  • Ensures teams are well prepared for contests.
  • Communicates effectively with athletes, administrators, and parents.

  • Ensures athletes are well prepared for athletic contests and competitions.
  • Monitors academic progress and eligibility of program athletes under IHSAA rules.
  • Models sportsmanship and professional behavior within the program.
  • Communicates with school administration, assistant coaches, players, and parents in a timely manner.
  • Oversees score reporting and statistics submission per school protocol.
