Job summary

Utica Community Schools, Jeannette Junior High, Sterling Heights, Michigan, is seeking an 8th Grade Head Football Coach. The coach will manage the football program in compliance with Board of Education, district, building and MHSAA rules, while supporting student-athlete development.

Responsibilities include coordinating in-season and off-season practices and camps, developing players, and building strong relationships with students and parents in alignment with the district's coaching

Qualifications

• Prior coaching experience required.
• CPR, concussion certification and AED training required.
• Strong character and ability to build relationships with students and parents.
• Willingness and desire to participate in all aspects of program development.
• Valid State of Michigan Teacher’s Certificate preferred.

DESCRIPTION:

Utica Community Schools is seeking an 8th GradeHeadFootball Coach atJeannette Junior High School. The HeadFootball Coach is responsible with the operation of the program while remaining in compliance with Board of Education, district, building and MHSAA rules and policies. The district supports promotion of internal candidates.
