Job summary

A fitness training studio in Baltimore seeks an energetic Head Trainer to lead group sessions and manage trainers. Qualifications

• 3-year minimum experience as a personal fitness trainer.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the F45 Athletics Staff and Athletic Operations of the studio.
• Inspire members to fully utilize all F45 resources to achieve personal fitness goals.
• Conduct in-person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial members.

Skills

Exceptional communication skills

Ability to develop strong relationships with members

Solid knowledge of biomechanics and exercise physiology

Motivated and passionate about health and fitness

Reliable and punctual with excellent attention to detail

Education

Current fitness certification from an F45-approved education entity

CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
