F45 Training Fulton Street Station, backed by Apex Wellness Group, is seeking a Head Trainer to lead energetic classes and drive coaching excellence. You will mentor staff, oversee scheduling, and maintain studio operations while fostering a community-focused environment.

Ideal candidates bring boutique fitness coaching experience, leadership in coaching teams, and relevant certifications. This role offers a hybrid schedule with opportunities for advancement within the Apex Wellness Group

Qualifications

• Boutique fitness coaching experience, preferably with F45.
• Leadership or senior coaching experience preferred.
• Must hold nationally accredited fitness certification and CPR/AED.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy classes (20 hours/week) and set form correction benchmarks.
• Mentor, onboard, and audit coaching staff to maintain high coaching standards.
• Create engaging social media content and host community activations to grow the studio community and brand.
• Oversee trainer scheduling, studio presentation, and light admin tasks.
