Orangetheory Fitness Rogers is seeking a Head Fitness Coach to lead a team of engaged coaches and guide members through our heart-rate based workouts, ensuring proper technique and motivation.

You will mentor staff, uphold safety standards with AED/CPR certification, and partner with the studio to deliver exceptional member experiences while pursuing franchise growth opportunities. This position also includes paid training and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness.
• Be AED/CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts.
• Ensuring members use correct form and offering corrections.
• Understanding the science behind heart-rate focused training programs.
• Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout.
