Qualifications

• Experience at competing and coaching on the high school level - junior varsity, varsity, or both.
• Previous experience in coaching diving is required.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the diving program at Mercersburg.
• Mentor student-athletes in their athletic and personal development.
• Maintain communication with prospective students and assist in college recruiting.
