Job summary

BlueSteps Connect in New York City seeks a Head Designer to lead the design and development of seasonal product assortments in collaboration with the Creative Director, ensuring alignment with brand direction and business goals.

You will manage timelines, mentor junior designers, and maintain quality across categories in a fast-paced environment, leveraging Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to translate concepts into production-ready designs.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of apparel design experience and product development from concept to production.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • This full-time on-site role is based in NYC.
