Forest Lake Area Schools seeks a Full Time (1.0 FTE) Head Custodian at Forest Lake Area Middle School to start ASAP.

Position

Head Custodian

Location: Forest Lake Area Middle School

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, and 260 days/year

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for custodial and facilities operations at the middle school campus.
• Perform and supervise facility maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and environmental controls.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained school environment; coordinate with other district staff as needed.
• Support attendance and reliability in daily operations; uphold punctuality and strong communication with administration.
