Job summary

East Ridge High School is seeking a dynamic Head Competitive Cheer Coach to lead the program through the current season and beyond. You will be responsible for coaching student-athletes, developing the program, and guiding staff with a focus on safety, teamwork, and competitive success.

Candidates should have prior head coaching experience at high school or college level, strong leadership, and the ability to build a values-driven program aligned with the East Ridge mission and vision.

Qualifications

• High school/collegiate level head coaching experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Commitment to develop and maintain positive relationships with community stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Instruct student-athletes in fundamental cheer skills, strategy, and physical training.
• Develop and lead a comprehensive cheer program and staff.
• Foster positive relationships with all stakeholders and community.
