Qualifications

• Must possess or be willing to obtain CPR/AED, First Aid, and Safety Training for Swim Coaches.
• Prior coaching experience (high school, club, or collegiate) is required.
• Proven ability to manage a staff and communicate effectively with parents and athletic directors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the CEO of the Swim & Dive program, setting vision and culture.
• Provide direction and collaboration for your coaching staff.
• Design and execute daily practice plans for all skill levels.
• Manage meet strategy and provide feedback to athletes during competition.
• Foster a team environment rooted in sportsmanship and respect.
