Job summary

Qualifications

• Coaching experience in school athletics.
• Good understanding of safety regulations.
• Ability to work with students across grades.

Responsibilities

• Promote sports in the schools and community.
• Plan the assigned athletic program.
• Organize and supervise practices.
• Teach individual fundamental skills, team play, and game rules.
• Model sportsmanship and self-control.
• Check eligibility and insurance coverage.
• Provide guidance and positive role modeling to students.
• Conduct learning experiences with small groups of athletes.
• Recommend equipment and uniforms as needed.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
