Job summary

A leading fitness company in West Goshen Township is seeking an energetic and knowledgeable Head Trainer for group training sessions. As the Head Coach, you will lead and manage a team of trainers while ensuring members receive personalized attention. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience, personal training certification, and exceptional communication skills. Qualifications

• 3-year minimum experience as a personal fitness trainer or group trainer.
• Personal Training Certification from a nationally recognized organization.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coach 23 hours of F45 sessions per week with personalized member attention.
• Recruit, develop, evaluate, and train all studio coaches.
• Schedule coaching staff to ensure adequate class coverage.
• Input monthly class schedule into Mindbody.
• Assist the sales team in recruiting new members.
