Job Type: Part‑Time

Description

Our F45 family is expanding and looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and charismatic Part‑Time Head Trainer. F45 Trainers play a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead our classes, working closely with each individual member to provide the ultimate F45 experience.

As a Head Trainer, you will run group training sessions, assess member fitness levels, build a community that keeps our members coming back every day, and promote the F45 brand throughout our market area.

Core Responsibilities

Coaching

Coach 20 hours of F45 sessions per week to the highest standard, ensuring that all members receive personalized attention and appropriate modifications.

• All members receive a minimum of three touch points during each session.
• Perform exercises safely and correctly.
• Encourage and motivate members in a vibrant F45 atmosphere.
• Introduce classes and demonstrate all scheduled exercises with appropriate modifications as needed.
• Facilitate the 45‑Day Challenge, including information night, body scans, client check‑ins, and any other challenge events.

Leadership

Develop, evaluate, and train all studio coaches in accordance with the prescribed F45 training methods.

• Schedule all coaching staff to ensure adequate class coverage.
• Input the monthly class schedule into Mindbody, ensuring full class coverage.

Champion the Five‑Star Member Experience

• Exemplify the AM/PM Procedure.
• Execute the Green Star Welcome Process for new guests.
• Rebook new guests into their next class.
• Maintain the highest standard of class experience.

You will also assist the sales team in recruiting new members to the studio, focusing on trial‑to‑member conversion.

Requirements

• 3‑year minimum experience as a personal fitness trainer or group trainer.
• Personal Training Certification through a nationally recognized organization.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with members.
• Solid knowledge of biomechanics and exercise physiology.
• Motivated and passionate about health and fitness.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and afternoons.
