Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Head Coach in Citrus Heights, CA to lead and develop the Fitness Coach Team and drive member retention. The role focuses 60% on personal training sessions and 40% on onboarding, training, and supporting coaches within the club.

The position requires 2–5 years as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Coach, strong program design skills, and weekend availability; CPR/AED certification and related education are required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Coach
• Holistic fitness program design and consultation experience required
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
• Full-time: 30+ hours weekly; willingness to work weekends/holidays
• CPR/AED certification through in-person training
• Degree in a related field or current certification through at least one nationally accredited industry association

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on clients' goals, including exercise selections and nutrition guidelines
• Mentor coach performance through observation and development
• Assist in onboarding and training of new coaches
• Support GM in interviewing and hiring coaches
• Grow fitness business through client acquisition and retention
• Track progress and maintain client progress in company guidelines
• Deliver a positive fitness experience for members and guests
