Responsibilities include instructing athletes, conducting evaluations, ensuring safety, and managing personnel. The ideal candidate must hold an Illinois teaching certificate and relevant coaching credentials. This position involves year-round responsibilities with frequent travel.

Qualifications

• Holds a current Illinois teaching certificate and/or is certified by the IHSA.
• All coaches must submit to a criminal background check and hold a current first aid/CPR card.

Responsibilities

• Instruct athletes in fundamental skills and physical training.
• Develop written philosophy and manage preseason meetings.
• Ensure adherence to district and state athletic policies.
