Job Summary

Apple Valley High School is seeking a Head Boys Volleyball Coach to lead and develop our boys volleyball program. The head coach is responsible for providing leadership, instruction, and oversight while creating a positive, competitive, and student-centered environment. Responsibilities include planning and conducting practices, developing student-athletes, supervising assistant coaches, managing program operations, communicating effectively with families and school administration, and promoting sportsmanship and academic success. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, volleyball knowledge, organizational skills, and a commitment to developing students through athletics. Previous coaching experience is preferred. The coach must meet all District 196 and MSHSL coaching requirements.
