MondayThursday: 3:45 PM 7:45 PM

Friday: 4:00 PM 6:00 PM

Saturdays (12/month): 6:45 AM 10:45 AM

Your Core Responsibilities

Coach Signature BFT Workouts: Deliver top-tier, science-driven classes that challenge, engage, and excite clients of all fitness levels.

Drive Membership Sales: Manage first impressions, follow up on leads, and confidently convert prospects into loyal members.

Foster a Strong Community: Create a motivating and inclusive atmosphere that keeps members coming back.

Lead by Example: Collaborate with the team to elevate the member experience and maintain a smooth, high-energy studio environment.

Be the Brand: Represent BFT with enthusiasm, professionalism, and consistency in every interaction.

What Were Looking For

Certified & Credentialed: NASM, ACE, ISSA, or similar current certification required.

Experienced Group Coach: Proven success leading group fitness sessions with diverse skill levels.
