Job summary

Hungry Horse in Folly (Andover) is seeking a Head Chef to ensure kitchen operations run smoothly during busy services. You’ll drive the team, nurture performance, and uphold the highest standards of food quality.

You will lead with clear communication, maintain hygiene and safety, and deliver consistently great meals. The role is a full-time position with a 45-hour week and eligible for a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a busy kitchen and leading a team.
• Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Strong communication to coordinate staff during service.
• Knowledge of hygiene, safety and allergen controls.
