Under the direction of the Athletic Director, and the Head of Athletics, the cheerleading coach provides leadership and direction to help mold the cheer program while adhering to Milken Community School rules and regulations. The Cheer Coach must support the student-athlete concept and demonstrate concern for the health, safety, and welfare of each student-athlete. They must support, encourage, and monitor student-athletes’ academic progress. Additional duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.
Standard On-Campus Hours
Hours vary based on season, practices, competitions, tournaments, offseason programming, and other approved athletic department responsibilities.
SALARY RANGE: $35.00 - $40.00 (Hourly)
