Champion Force Athletics is seeking Cheerleading Coaches to support or lead youth programs across Minnesota this season. Candidates should be team players, willing to coach all levels, and commit 1–2 evenings for practices with some weekend travel to competitions.
Ideal applicants have cheerleading or related experience, enjoy working with children ages 4–15, and possess reliable transportation. Excellent communication, organization, and the ability to pass a background check are essential.

Classes may be scattered throughout the evening, but most coaches will work no more than 3-4 classes in a day. Must be able to pass background check.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize various projects and deadlines.
Experience with teaching children is a plus! Teaching responsibilities include class preparations, teaching students, overseeing class check-ins, and basic record-keeping. There will also be occasional meetings, clinics, and a cheer competitions each session. This is truly one of the most fun part-time jobs you can imagine!
