Job summary

Champion Force Athletics is seeking Cheerleading Coaches to support or lead youth programs across Minnesota this season. Candidates should be team players, willing to coach all levels, and commit 1–2 evenings for practices with some weekend travel to competitions.

Ideal applicants have cheerleading or related experience, enjoy working with children ages 4–15, and possess reliable transportation. Excellent communication, organization, and the ability to pass a background check are essential.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate must have cheerleading experience and be willing to dedicate 1–2 evenings for practices and some weekends for travel to competitions.
• Candidates should enjoy working with children and be able to manage multiple classes and sessions.
• Passing a background check and maintaining reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Teach and assist cheerleading classes and teams for youth aged 4–15.
• Prepare lesson plans, supervise class check-ins, and track attendance.
• Coordinate clinics, meetings, and cheer competitions across sessions.

The ideal candidate must be have cheerleading experience and be willing to dedicate 1 to 2 evenings for practices and some weekends for travel to various competitions.

Champion Force Athletics is looking for someone who can answer "Yes!" to these questions:

• Do you have Cheer, Dance, or Gymnastics experience?
• Do you enjoy working with children, ages 4-15?
• Do you have a reliable transportation?
• Do you want to make a difference in the lives of youth?

Classes may be scattered throughout the evening, but most coaches will work no more than 3-4 classes in a day. Must be able to pass background check.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize various projects and deadlines.

Experience with teaching children is a plus! Teaching responsibilities include class preparations, teaching students, overseeing class check-ins, and basic record-keeping. There will also be occasional meetings, clinics, and a cheer competitions each session. This is truly one of the most fun part-time jobs you can imagine!
