Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of Retail cashier experience.
• Ability to use common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure if required by law.

Responsabilidades

• Provide SMART customer service following Lowe's policies and programs.
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, and loading merchandise.
• Process transactions, returns, and refunds at the register per guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy of receipts, pricing, and loading tickets.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, and monitor for security risks.
• Support line vesting and staffing for checkout coverage.
• Assist with order entries, price matching, and stock checks.
