Requirements

• Must have a valid substitute certificate or NJ Teaching Certificate
• Proven experience coaching tennis at the high school level or higher.
• Strong knowledge of tennis techniques, strategies, and rules of play.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with student-athletes, parents, and staff.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate practice and competition schedules.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Commitment to fostering a positive and respectful team culture.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to pass background checks and comply with school district policies.
