Travelers is seeking a Lead Architect to shape the future of our Claim architecture and AI-native platform. You will drive enterprise strategies, define target states and roadmaps, and lead hands-on POCs to validate architectures across value streams.

You will collaborate with business and technology leaders to accelerate innovation while enforcing standards and governance, enabling rapid scaling of tech solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Relevant architecture experience leading large-scale tech transformations.
• Experience implementing AI solutions in production environments.
• Proven ability to define roadmaps and target states for platforms.
• Knowledge of microservices, API design and modern architecture patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture for multiple technology and business segments within a single unit.
• Define architecture to enable business capabilities and prototype proofs of concept.
• Drive technology transformation with minimal technical debt and governance.
• Create technology roadmaps and patterns to accelerate platform delivery.
• Prototype and evaluate new tech solutions; align with executives on direction.
