Job summary

Mayo Clinic Arizona is seeking a fellowship-trained Head and Neck/Microvascular Surgeon to join our collaborative Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery in Phoenix. The role integrates clinical care, education, and leadership across a high-volume cancer program.

Qualifications

  • MD/DO or equivalent degree required.
  • Fellowship training in Head and Neck Otolaryngology required.
  • BE/BC with the American Board of Otolaryngology or equivalent certification.
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Arizona in good standing.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across oncology, radiology, pathology and reconstruction.
  • Participate in tumor boards, care pathways, and patient-centered treatment planning.
  • Engage in education of residents and fellows and participate in curriculum development.
  • Pursue scholarly activity, translational research, and leadership within the division.

Mayo Clinic Arizona is seeking a fellowship-trained Head and Neck/Microvascular Surgeon to join our highly collaborative and multi-faceted Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery in Phoenix, Arizona.

The Head and Neck division at Mayo Clinic Arizona supports a thriving, high-volume multidisciplinary cancer and reconstructive practice within one of the nation’s premier academic medical centers. Key features include:

  • A comprehensive head and neck oncology program with a robust referral base across the Southwest and beyond.
  • A busy microvascular reconstructive practice supported by advanced perioperative care resources.
  • A leading transoral surgery program, including TORS and advanced endoscopic techniques.
  • A complex skull base program with close partnership alongside world-class neurosurgery colleagues.
  • A multidisciplinary cancer clinic that integrates surgical oncology, medical oncology, radiation oncology, pathology, radiology, speech-language pathology, and supportive care services.

Qualifications
