Zusammenfassung

Ben Aris LLC seeks a Control Systems Engineer to support the continuous production of HDPE and specialty fluids, ensuring high quality, safety, and cost efficiency. You will implement and maintain DCS/SIS, diagnose data flow issues, and lead small projects involving graphics, scripting, and alarms.

You will analyze alarm data, optimize the operator interface, and collaborate with Operations to improve system reliability.

Qualifikationen

B.S. in either Chemical or Electrical Engineering (other engineering/technical degrees considered depending on experience).
Experience with Emerson DeltaV or Honeywell TDC3000 and Experion systems.
Ability to manage multiple issues/projects simultaneously.
Computer proficient: Windows 10, Server 2016, MS Office, SAP.

Aufgaben

Implements, and maintains process control systems and advanced control technology. Identifies, diagnoses, and corrects integrity and data flow issues.
Gathers, analyzes, and interprets data to understand the impact of changes on DCS and SIS, monitoring for domino effects.
Designs and implements small projects including graphics, logic blocks, scripting, process trends, and alarms.
Maintain and optimize the operator HMI in coordination with Operations.
Investigate, repair, and prevent maintenance issues on DCS, SIS, PLC hardware and software.
