Job summary

Team Fishel in Powhatan, VA is seeking a Directional Drill Foreman to lead field crews and support the Supervisor in achieving project goals safely and efficiently. You will oversee project progress, QA, safety, and reporting while coordinating site surveys for estimates.

The role requires HDD experience, blueprint reading, and the ability to work from blueprints and specs. A high school diploma is required; bilingual English/Spanish is desirable.

Qualifications

• Extensive electrical distribution construction experience.
• Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Leads on various size projects
• Ensures accuracy of time sheets and expense reports
• Develops work-around procedures for maintaining crew productivity during delays caused by other trades, customer, lack of materials, absenteeism, etc.
• Monitors Quality Assurance and ensures installations meet customer specification and industry standards
• Ensures safety practices are observed by all crews during their work
• Reports, coordinates and supervises all aspects of a project
• May work independently performing site surveys for estimates, proposal preparation, or quality assurance
