CoAd is seeking an HCM Sales Executive to drive new business in a fast-paced environment. You will prospect, engage net-new customers, and deliver compelling technical presentations to showcase CoAd’s payroll, HR, and workforce solutions.
Responsibilities include building a robust pipeline, conducting strategic visits, and partnering with internal teams to tailor solutions. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in HCM or technical sales are preferred.
As part of our recent rebrand to CoAd, we’re energized by what’s ahead — a bold new chapter built on more than 30 years of workforce management expertise, reimagined for how businesses want to work today. We’re looking for our next HCM Sales Executive to help us bring that story to market. The Sales Executive’s primary mission is new business development: relentlessly prospecting, identifying, and engaging net‑new customers through outbound calls, strategic visits, and targeted outreach. Sales Executives are hunters at the forefront of winning new logos, showcasing CoAd’s innovative products through compelling technical presentations and demonstrations. Unlike many competitors, CoAd does not segment territories by employee count — Sales Executives can pursue opportunities of any size, giving them expansive territories and the freedom to build and grow their own market.
At CoAd, we are seeking those excited to build, create, and innovate. We are problem-solvers who move quickly, collaborate with agility and differentiate through people, purpose and commitment!
