Job summary

Cherrywood Care in Spokane, WA invites applications for HCA / NAC / Med Tech positions across all shifts. We offer training to obtain HCA certification and pay 19.00–22.00 USD per hour, DOE. Roles include medication assistance, support with activities, and resident care per care plans.

PRN and full-time opportunities available, with weekend coverage expectations. The team values empathy, reliability, and teamwork, and provides a full benefits package, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• The ability to work a full 12 hour shift and come to work on time.
• The ability to work 40 hours per week, Sunday- Wednesday.
• Active HCA, NAR or NAC credentials in the state of WA.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality resident care as indicated on the care plan
• Promote residents' independence
• Provide assistance with housekeeping and laundry
• Medication assistance
• Certification for Nurse Delegation a plus. (We can pay and train for this.)
• Participate in community's Life Enrichment Activities, events and outings, while encouraging resident attendance and participation
• Additional duties as assigned

Here, at our Assisted Living, Cherrywood Place, we are seeking FT and PRN Med Techs to work across all shifts. We accept HCAs, NARs (grandfathered) and NACs.

Will train and pay for HCA (Home Care Aide) certification through the state of Washington.
