Job summary

Home Care Providers in Southern California is seeking experienced caregivers who take pride in their work and want a stable, supportive role. You will assist clients with personal care, medication reminders, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship, following care plans developed by our Registered Nurse.

We offer weekly pay, overtime opportunities, flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time), paid sick time, and a supportive office team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a caregiver, CNA, or HHA, or completion of a CNA program.
• Active HCA registration with CDSS (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and valid California driver's license with auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene
• Medication reminders and assistance with ambulation
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Companionship and emotional support
• Follow customized care plans developed by our Registered Nurse
