Job summary

Hills and Dales Child Development Center in the Dubuque area seeks a Direct Support Professional (In-Home) to support individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities in their homes or community settings. You will foster personal growth, teach self-care, and promote social skills while helping with daily activities.

Role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and access to a personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to qualify as an approved driver.
• Use of personal vehicle required (mileage reimbursement available).
• Minimum insurance requirements: $25,000 bodily injury liability (found on declarations page of your policy).
