Job summary

Lennar is seeking an Internet Sales Coordinator to generate and maintain a sales pipeline from internet leads, delivering a “Tickled, Delighted, Happy” experience throughout the sales journey.

You will engage customers across online platforms to convert inquiries into appointments and drive sales for Lennar communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Sales experience, preferably in real estate or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Capture and convert online inquiries into viable sales prospects.
• Provide prompt communication via email, live chat, phone and 1-800 numbers.
• Maintain and update digital and community reference materials.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including products, communities, financing options, and incentives.
• Manage an Internet customer database and outreach for available homes and inventory.
• Coordinate with Marketing for electronic marketing distribution and up-to-date offerings.
• Attend sales meetings and community events; participate in training programs.
• Be available to work flexible hours including weekends.

The Internet Sales Coordinator at Lennar is pivotal in generating and maintaining a sales pipeline through internet-generated leads, ensuring a "Tickled, Delighted, Happy" experience for customers throughout the sales process. This role is crucial to the Sales & Marketing team, engaging customers via various online platforms to convert inquiries into sales appointments.

Your Responsibilities on the Team

• Capture and convert online customer inquiries into viable sales prospects.
• Provide prompt and effective communication via email, live chat, phone and 1-800 numbers.
• Maintain and update digital and community reference materials.
• Guide customers through the sales process, providing information on products, communities, financing options, and incentives.

Your Toolbox

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience in sales, with preference for telephone and real estate experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work independently.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation; real estate license may be required for specific locations.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. May require the ability to work more than eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds. Job may require occasional operation of construction equipment. Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
