Job summary

Rolfson Oil in Watford City, ND is seeking a dedicated CDL driver to safely transport diesel fuels to local job sites. You will follow delivery instructions, document accurately, and operate pumps/valves for loading/unloading while complying with DOT rules for hazardous goods.

The role requires hazmat and tank endorsements and a strong safety record. The ideal candidate is at least 25, physically capable of lifting 75 lbs, and fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class A CDL with Tank Vehicle 'N' and HazMat 'H' endorsements.
• Minimum of 2 years of CDL hazmat driving experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of bulk tanker liquid hauling experience.
• At least 25 years of age.
• Lift 75 lbs comfortably.
• Safe driving history with no major MVR or PSP violations in the last 5 years.
• Pass DOT drug test.
• Proficient in writing and speaking English.
• Able to work outside for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport diesel fuels to local job sites.
• Follow delivery instructions and complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Connect/disconnect hoses and operate pumps/valves for safe loading and unloading.
• Document and log work/rest periods.
• Inspect vehicles before and after trips and report issues.
• Ensure DOT regulations for dangerous goods are followed.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Interact with customers and relay requests.
