Job description

Hull's is hiring HazMat Response Technicians who are responsible for completing daily field and industrial service activities in a safe and compliant manner. Activities include but are not limited to emergency response, waste management, environmental remediation and oil field services.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform physical labor including lifting, pulling, and pushing heavy objects
• Identify, remove, load/unload, transport and dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous materials
• Available for emergency response 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Maintain up-to-date DOT, OSHA, and company required training
• Comply with on-going and random drug testing and physicals as required by the company
• Participate in daily and weekly safety meetings in order to comply with job specific and company safety policies
• Maintain and operate all equipment and tools issued by the company
• Clean contaminated equipment/areas. Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year trade/construction experience
• Ability to use and wear Personal Protective Equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
• Ability to work nights and weekends and to travel out of town on short notice for extended periods of time
