Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental, a leading environmental services firm, is seeking a Class B CDL Driver for the Somerville/Lowell area. The role involves safely operating 24' box trucks and handling hazardous and non-hazardous materials in compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, DOT logs, load securement, and collaboration with dispatch to ensure timely service. A strong safety mindset and flexibility to work overtime are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class B commercial vehicles, including 24' box trucks, per regulations.
• Rotate on-call responsibilities as part of Emergency Response (optional).
• Transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste to disposal or recycling facilities.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections; maintain safe vehicles.
• Maintain digital logs and complete DOT paperwork accurately.
• Communicate with dispatch, supervisors, and clients to ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist with loading/unloading; properly secure loads.
• Participate in safety training and ongoing development.
