Job summary

Clean Harbors in Eagan, MN is seeking a CDL Truck Driver / Equipment Operator to operate light and heavy-duty trucks at customer sites for hazardous waste clean-up. This role includes driving and non-driving duties on and off sites with a team-oriented approach.

Please note a two-week Academy training out of state is required and paid by the company. Starting pay for Class B is $24–$28/hr and Class A is $28/hr+, with comprehensive health benefits after 30 days and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to operate various mobile devices (tablets, phones).
• Physical requirements per job description.
• Background check, drug test and medical evaluation as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers as part of a team.
• Drive a variety of Class B trucks and Loader operations.
• Load and unload trucks; perform safety checks and daily logs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction at the time of service.
• Comply with DOT, state and federal regulations and company guidelines.
• On-call for emergency response on a rotating basis.
• Support site remediation and hazardous materials handling as required.
