Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Class A or B CDL Operator to join our safety‑driven team at client sites in California. You will operate vacuum and hydroblasting equipment, supervise small crews, and ensure compliance with safety policies and client requirements.

The role requires a CDL, English proficiency, and the ability to perform pre/post trip inspections, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; equivalent experience.
• CDL Class A or B license required; HazMat/Tanker endorsements preferred.
• English comprehension for safety training and emergencies.
• TWIC may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate vacuum and hydroblasting equipment safely.
• Lead safety practices on site and ensure client compliance.
• Operate UHPT pumps and other special equipment.
• Transport equipment and personnel between sites.
• Complete pre/post trip inspections and DOT logs.
• May direct a crew of vacuum technicians.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Assist with loading/unloading hoses.
