Job summary

Clean Harbors in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Class B CDL Driver with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements to operate light and heavy-duty trucks at customer sites, including vacuum trailer, roll-off trailers, van trailers, box trucks and high-powered vacuum loaders. This role covers driving and non-driving duties for hazardous waste cleanup on- and off-site.

Two-week training academy is provided; travel expenses and per diem are included.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required.
• Manual transmission experience.
• Background check, drug test and physical may be required.
• Must perform physical duties and maintain safety standards.
• Ability to use various mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of Class B trucks.
• Load and unload trucks at customer sites.
• Maintain daily logs, time sheets, and reports.
• Follow DOT, local, state and federal regulations and safety guidelines.
• Support field laborers and assist with on-site hazardous cleanup.
• Be on-call for emergency response on rotating basis.
