Job summary

Clean Harbors in Eagan, MN is seeking a CDL Truck Driver / Equipment Operator to operate light and heavy-duty trucks and equipment at customer sites, including vacuum trailers, roll-off, van, and box trucks, with duties on and off-site related to hazardous waste cleanup.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL is required; Hazmat and Tanker endorsements must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to use various mobile devices at work.
• Background check, drug test, and medical/physical screening are required.
• Facial hair standards apply under OSHA Respiratory Protection guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize Health and Safety in all tasks and follow company policies.
• Operate Class B trucks and assist field laborers as needed.
• Load and unload trucks and ensure proper vehicle placarding and DOT compliance.
• Maintain daily logs, time sheets and various reports.
• Ensure customer satisfaction during service delivery.
• Be on call for emergency response on a rotating basis and assist with site remediation and hazardous material handling.
